Job Summary
Sales Advocate at Mobilelink for Cricket Wireless: provide extraordinary customer service and tailor solutions to customers, families, or businesses while representing the Cricket brand. Meet sales goals and KPIs, participate in occasional outside sales events or promotional activities, and contribute to store operations. Opportunity for career growth and leadership advancement with an established commission-based earning structure and benefits starting after probation. Strong emphasis on communication, customer service, honesty, integrity, and a professional appearance; prior retail sales experience is helpful but not required.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old and legally able to work in the United States without restrictions
- Must live within 30 minutes of the home store location with the flexibility to work at multiple locations within a district
- Ability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must have reliable transportation to the location
- Ability to operate a personal computer
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 10 pounds
