Job Summary
Sales Advocate at Cricket Wireless retailer responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, identifying customer needs, presenting tailored wireless solutions, and supporting store operations and sales goals. Role includes representing the Cricket brand professionally, participating in events to boost customer acquisition and brand awareness, and contributing to KPIs with commission-based earning potential. Requires strong communication, reliability, and the ability to work a schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays; candidates should be within commuting distance of Schofield, WI and able to travel between district locations. Familiarity with outside events and community engagement is a plus; training will be provided to enable success in a growth-oriented sales environment.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years old or older
- legally able to work in the United States without restrictions
- live within 30 minutes of home store location
- must be able to work a minimum of 32 hours per week including evenings, weekends and holidays
- clear communication skills
- attitude and technical aptitude
- retail sales experience helpful but not required
- must have reliable transportation
- ability to operate a personal computer
- adherence to Dress/Appearance standards
