Job Summary
Sales Advocate at Mobilelink (Cricket Wireless) delivering exceptional customer service and tailored solutions to individuals, families, or businesses, while representing Cricket Wireless brand, achieving sales goals/KPIs, and supporting store operations. Role may include participation in outside events or promotional activities to support customer acquisition and brand growth. Requires strong communication, a commitment to customer service and integrity, 18+ years old with legal US work authorization, ability to work at least 32 hours per week including evenings, weekends and holidays, reliable transportation, and residence within 30 minutes of the home store with flexibility to work at multiple district locations. Training and tools provided, with opportunities for upward mobility and benefits after probation.
Required Qualifications

- Retail sales experience helpful but not required
- At least 18 years old and legally able to work in the United States without restrictions
- Ability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong Social Media presence preferred
- Must have reliable transportation to the location
- Must live within 30 minutes of home store location with the flexibility to work at multiple locations within a district as needed
- Ability to operate a personal computer
