Job Summary
Sales Advocate for Mobilelink (Cricket Wireless) leading customer-focused engagements in-store and at occasional events. Provide extraordinary customer service, build value by offering tailored solutions for individuals, families, or businesses, represent the Cricket Wireless brand professionally, assist with store operations, and strive to achieve sales goals and KPIs with potential bonuses. Role may include participation in outside sales events or promotional activities to support customer acquisition and brand growth. Prior retail sales experience is helpful but not required; strong communication, honesty, integrity, and a willingness to engage with customers across channels are emphasized. Required Qualifications
- 18 years old
- authorised to work in the United States
- minimum 32 hours per week including evenings weekends and holidays
- ability to work at multiple locations within a district as needed
