Sales Advisor

Sales Advisor role based in East Kilbride: responsibilities include serving customers at the trade counter with product recommendations, responding to inquiries by phone and email, proactively contacting customers to grow branch spend (especially those with reduced activity), and performing general warehouse duties such as picking/packing orders and handling deliveries. Manual handling of heavy items (boilers, radiators, sinks, toilets) is required. The candidate should have prior face-to-face sales and customer service experience, be comfortable working as part of a team, be enthusiastic and energetic, and ideally hold a valid UK driving licence. The schedule is full-time (40 hours/week) with typical hours 07:30-17:00, and alternate Saturdays 08:00-12:00.
