Sales Advisor

Part-time Sales Advisor at Samsonite York Store (8-week fixed term) to deliver customer service, drive sales, and embody Samsonite brand values. 16 hours per week with opportunity to flex-up hours. Responsibilities include identifying customer travel needs and recommending Samsonite products, explaining product features, warranties, and after-sales service; applying Samsonite’s customer engagement process; building customer loyalty through personalized service; maintaining store presentation, stock control, and visual merchandising; following cash handling, health & safety, and other operational policies; completing paperwork and reporting to the Store Manager; and acting as a brand ambassador with clear communication to customers and team.
