Job Summary
Conduct cold calling for B2B new business development and call live customer portfolios to maintain fuel drawings and increase revenue. Generate new business opportunities and gain customer referrals to expand the customer base. Maintain daily targets with strict timekeeping while communicating in English, Mandarin, and Malay.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience working in a telesales role
- Self-motivated and self-disciplined to follow the daily target driven structure (including good timekeeping)
- First-rate communications skills; demonstrating confidence
- Ability to work successfully as part of a team
- Ability to listen and articulate in all communication
- Adapt well to a changing environment
- Language required - English, MANDARIN & Malay
