Job Summary
Residential roofing Sales Advisor role focused on in-person, door-to-door sales in the Philadelphia area. Uses drone technology to diagnose roof damage and guides homeowners through the insurance-claims process, delivering compliant sales pitches, maintaining accurate sales records, managing calendars, attending meetings, building relationships with customers, training other sales reps, handling escalated customer service issues, and meeting/exceeding sales targets. Requires 2+ years of roofing sales experience, willingness to canvass, valid driver’s license with clean record, travel ability, and familiarity with building codes; high school diploma or equivalent required. 100% commission-based compensation with a earning potential of $120k-$180k in the first year.
