Job Summary
Rituals Sales Advisor role in Reading (8 hours, part-time, in-person) involves engaging with customers, listening to needs, and recommending products to create a best-in-class customer experience. You’ll work with Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to achieve personal and store goals, maintain store procedures and safety, keep the store tidy according to visual merchandising standards, and bring energy and a personable, professional brand presence to customers. Requires relevant retail/hospitality experience, strong customer-service skills, problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and a team-oriented work ethic.
