Job Summary
Welcome and engage customers with confidence, sharing product knowledge to guide informed buying decisions and demonstrate offers that build trust. Process transactions accurately while maintaining an appealing store environment and supporting visual merchandising. Achieve sales goals through quality interactions and learn through structured training and ongoing coaching. This part-time permanent role requires working 10 hours weekly on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and weekends. Candidates must be confident, articulate, and comfortable working flexibly to clear performance expectations and targets. Required Qualifications
- Confident, articulate, and comfortable talking with customers
- Worked in a customer-facing sales role
- Enjoy learning about products and sharing that knowledge
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Retail or customer service experience
- Comfortable working to clear performance expectations and sales targets
- Can work flexibly including weekends and peak times based on a rota
- Part time permanent contract
- 10hrs per week
- Tuesday and Thursday
- Some weekend cover required
