Job Summary
Deliver exceptional customer journeys in Polène’s Chicago boutique, engaging high-end local and international clients, guiding them from greeting to purchase, and developing ongoing relationships through clienteling and CRM initiatives. Drive sales through personalized service, maintain boutique presentation, assist with inventory and merchandising, and support opening/closing procedures while contributing to daily reporting. Minimum 3 years in luxury/premium retail; English fluency; flexible weekend/holiday availability; strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills; proactive, collaborative team player. Competitive hourly compensation ($21-$24) plus bonuses and comprehensive benefits.
