Job Summary
Welcome customers, guide them through the store, and support them in finding products while showcasing fashion and product knowledge to help informed choices. Collaborate with the team to deliver exceptional service, ensure the sales floor and back of house are well-stocked and organized, and support opening and closing procedures. Represent yourself and the brand positively during all interactions. This role reports to the Store Manager within the Store Team, contributing to a collaborative environment focused on sustainable fashion solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in customer service within fashion, retail, or similar fields
- English language proficiency (implied by application deadline and instruction to send application in English)
