Job Summary
Welcome customers, guide them through the store, and support them in finding products using your fashion and product knowledge. Collaborate with your team to deliver exceptional service while ensuring the sales floor and back of house remain well-stocked, organized, and inviting. Support with opening and closing the store and represent the brand positively during all interactions. This role is part-time, offering 5 to 11 hours a week at H&M Alti Nerstranda in Tromsø, with opening hours required. Language skills in Norwegian or English are needed.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in customer service within fashion, retail, or similar fields
- Language skills in local language or English
- Ability to work during store opening hours
- Ability to complete the online assessment method for skills-based recruitment
