Job Summary
Welcome customers, guide them through the store, and support them in finding products using your fashion and product knowledge. Collaborate with the team to deliver exceptional service, ensure the sales floor and back of house are well-stocked and organized, and support opening and closing procedures. Represent the brand positively during all interactions while helping customers feel confident with the latest trends. This permanent part-time role offers 5 hours a week starting 01.09.2026 at H&M Alti Gulskogen in Drammen, requiring local language or English skills.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in customer service within fashion, retail, or similar fields
- Language skills in local language or English
- Ability to work during store opening hours
- Completion of online assessment method for skills-based recruitment
