Job Summary
Sales Advisor responsibilities at Nalley Volkswagen: respond to customers that inquire about a vehicle online using phone and email; engage with customers who visit the store, guiding them from initial buying steps through final sale; contact and qualify internet leads, provide pricing information, and set appointments; conduct test drives and vehicle walk-arounds; build and maintain customer relationships and referrals; maintain professional attire and utilize a customer relationship management database; strong computer and phone skills; bi-lingual is a plus; minimum age 18 with a valid driver's license and ability to pass background and drug screening; prior automotive sales or retail/customer service experience is advantageous; many benefits including paid training and growth opportunities.
Required Qualifications
