Job Summary
Respond to customer inquiries about vehicles advertised online via phone and email, guide buyers through the initial buying process, conduct test drives and vehicle walk-arounds, build rapport to develop a referrals base, manage internet leads and set appointments, and follow customers from start to finish through the sales process using the Asbury selling process. Maintain professional appearance and utilize CRM to maintain customer relationships, with emphasis on strong customer service, timely communications, pricing information, and coordination of follow-ups to drive the sale and repeat business.
Required Qualifications
- Must be a minimum of eighteen years of age
- Must have a valid Driver's License
- Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings (background & drug test)
- Bi-lingual is always a plus
