Job Summary
Conduct independent sales transactions and ensure cross-channel customer satisfaction in our Düsseldorf shop. Input customer and sales data into the software system while providing personalized engagement for engagement rings and proposal rings. Supervise after-sales service and manage administrative tasks within the store. Requires fluent German (C1) and English, with sales experience preferred. Part-time schedule of 25 to 40 hours per week with monthly compensation ranging from 1,300€ to 3,000€. Located at Grabenstr. 8, 40213 Düsseldorf Altstadt.
Required Qualifications
- Fließend in Deutsch (C1) und Englisch in Wort und Schrift
- Basiskenntnisse IT
- Verkaufserfahrung von Vorteil
Desired Qualifications
- Ausbildung als Goldschmied ist von Vorteil aber nicht notwendig
