Sales Advisor

Sell LUV memberships and service packages, educate customers on promotions and products to create a best-in-class service experience, establish and maintain positive customer relationships, and achieve sales targets. Role emphasizes knowledge-based retail sales, relationship management, and ongoing alignment with company policies while working outdoors with physical requirements such as standing for long periods and lifting up to 25 pounds. Reports to General Manager and supports a commission-based earning structure with standard benefits including health and 401K, PTO, and employee discounts.
