Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day operations by opening and closing the car wash per standard procedures, guiding vehicles safely, and maintaining site cleanliness. Lead by example while greeting customers, utilizing sales scripts to drive membership revenue, and addressing issues to ensure satisfaction. Assist with team coaching to enforce safety standards and sales protocols. This developmental role prepares you for a Team Leader position within GO Car Wash's fastest-growing network of operators.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Ability to lift 25 lbs
- Ability to work in outdoor conditions for long periods
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service and/or sales preferred
