Sales Advisor Lead

Oversee day-to-day car wash operations by opening and closing sites according to standard procedures while greeting customers to drive membership sales. Guide vehicles safely into the wash, maintain site cleanliness, and address customer issues by escalating to leadership when necessary. Assist with team coaching to ensure teammates adhere to safety standards and sales scripts while serving as the manager on duty when Team Leaders are absent. This developmental role prepares candidates for Team Leader positions within GO Car Wash's fastest-growing network of operators across the United States.
