Job Summary
Respond to customers who inquire about vehicles online, using phone and email to drive the initial buying process from inquiry to final sale. Build rapport with customers, identify needs, provide product information and pricing, schedule and conduct test drives, and guide customers through the buying process. Maintain and leverage a customer relationship management database, answer internet leads and phone inquiries, set appointments, and follow up for repeat business. Emphasize exceptional guest experiences, strong customer service, and professional appearance. Prior automotive sales or retail experience is a plus; being self-motivated, a team player, and able to communicate effectively is important. Bi-lingual ability is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Must be a minimum of eighteen years of age
- Must have a valid Driver's License
- Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings (background & drug test)
- Bi-lingual is always a plus
