Automotive Sales Advisor role focusing on responding to online vehicle inquiries and guiding customers through the buying process. Responsibilities include contacting customers via phone and email, building rapport to establish a customer network, responding to internet leads and setting appointments, conducting test drives and vehicle walk-arounds, and managing the customer relationship from start to finish using the Asbury sales process. Requires strong customer service and communication skills, ability to maintain a CRM database, professional attire, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to pass pre-employment screenings. Bi-lingual skills are a plus.
