Job Summary
Automotive Sales Advisor engages online and in-store customers to drive vehicle sales, responds to internet leads, schedules test drives and appointments, builds rapport, and guides customers through the purchasing process from start to finish. Responsibilities include contacting customers, providing product information and pricing, performing vehicle walk-arounds, arranging test drives, following up for repeat business, maintaining professional appearance, and leveraging CRM to manage customer relationships. Requires strong communication, computer/phone skills, and the ability to pass pre-employment screenings; bilingual proficiency is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to pass pre-employment background and drug screening
- Prior automotive sales or retail experience, customer service, call center, or business development experience a plus
- Strong computer & phone skills
- Experience with customer relationship management database (CRM) is a plus
- Bi-lingual is a plus (English/Spanish)
