Job Summary
Sales Advisor responsible for engaging customers who inquire about vehicles online and in-store, responding to inquiries via phone and email, guiding customers through the buying process from initial contact to final sale, building rapport to generate referrals, coordinating appointments, conducting test drives and vehicle walk-arounds, and maintaining professional appearance and strong communication skills. Requires strong customer service abilities, proficiency with computer/phone tools, CRM usage, prior automotive sales or retail experience as a plus, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, guest-centric environment. Bi-lingual capability is a plus; 18+ years old with a valid driver's license and ability to pass background and drug screenings are required.
Required Qualifications
- Must be a minimum of eighteen years of age
- Must have a valid Driver's License
- Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings (background & drug test)
