Job Summary
Sales Advisor for India Subcontinent based in Mumbai or Chennai offices. Drive sales growth while delivering outstanding customer service as the main contact for customers in WSS Customer Service. Advise customers on what to buy with rationale, manage orders and keep customers informed of delivery status. Proactively follow up on quotes to convert to orders, capture leads, promote sales campaigns, and support the Sales team with business reviews. Build robust relationships with customers, understand decision makers’ needs, and leverage insights to add value and increase sales. Requires graduates with 3+ years of experience, fluent English and either Tamil or Malayalam, and interest/experience in the shipping/marine products sector.
Required Qualifications
- Graduates with minimum three years of work experience
- Fluent in English and Tamil or Malayalam
- Interest/experience in the shipping industry and marine products
- Customer focused with ability to convert opportunities into sales growth
- Excellent communication and networking skills
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision making
- Proactive and organized with ability to plan and execute
- Willingness to travel for customer visits as required
