Job Summary
Greet customers and embody the brand's heart by providing high-level service from initiating conversations to assisting at the cash desk, fitting rooms, and shop floor. Process deliveries, replenish stock, and merchandise the latest garments while guiding customers through their journey with warmth and enthusiasm. Collaborate with your team to create welcoming experiences that showcase the best of COS's elevated aesthetic and craftsmanship. This full-time role requires varied hours including evenings and weekends, with a starting rate of $19.00.
Required Qualifications
- Schedule flexibility: Willing and able to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Understanding of store operations & customer service skills from previous retail experience
- Confident in offering customers advice on fashion trends, materials, sizing etc

- While previous experience in customer service and familiarity with fabrics are nice to have, they're not mandatory.
