Job Summary
Explain car wash options and promote membership programs to drive sales while upselling services by communicating benefits clearly. Prepare and load cars into the wash, assisting customers with self-cleaning options, and maintain site cleanliness for a superior experience. Engage with customers to understand their needs and confidently recommend solutions in a fast-paced sales environment. This role combines customer service with sales, offering a competitive pay structure of $13/hour including base pay and uncapped commission. Required Qualifications
