Job Summary
Manage and control the Development sales function from pre-start to post completion, meeting prospective customers and maintaining the primary point of contact throughout the customer journey. Manage customer requirements and expectations during the house buying process while taking responsibility for the development's presentation to ensure it reflects a strong sales message and high standards. This role secures home sales and manages the customer journey in accordance with company standards and targets within the Scotland West region.
Required Qualifications
- Experience of high-performance in a Sales role
- A presentable, customer-facing professional with experience of dealing with customers and providing an exceptional standard of customer service
- Experienced in problem solving and the ability to analyse/report on issues that could affect the development
- Able to rapidly assimilate and assess situations and issues, offering solutions with maximum results
