Job Summary
Greet customers, guide them through the store, and help them find products while sharing knowledge about fashion and merchandise. Collaborate with the team to deliver exceptional service across the customer journey and ensure the sales floor and back area remain well-stocked, organized, and inviting. Support store opening and closing procedures while representing both yourself and the brand positively during all client interactions. This part-time 24h role requires experience in customer service within fashion or retail.
