Job Summary
Advise prospective students on language courses and training programmes, manage enquiries, and follow up to prepare quotations and close enrolments. Provide excellent customer service throughout the entire student journey while working towards achieving sales targets. This role requires experience in sales, preferably within the education or training sector, along with bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in sales, preferably within the education or training sector
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- A results-driven mindset and a strong customer service orientation
- Proficiency in computer applications and CRM systems
- A minimum of 1 year of demonstrated sales experience, preferably within the education or training sector
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
- Legal authorization to work in Spain
