Job Summary
Crutchfield Sales Advisor responsible for engaging customers with genuine conversations about their projects and our solutions, uncovering needs through thoughtful questions, and recommending best-fit electronics and accessories. Role includes using our POS to process information, provide a smooth checkout, and ensure an excellent out-of-the-box experience. Training is provided on-site with a first-class program, followed by a hybrid schedule allowing 2 days remote within Virginia and 3 days on-site per week. Required Qualifications
- Passion for customer service and exceptional interpersonal skills
- Proficient computer skills
- Ability and willingness to learn consumer electronics through on-the-job training
- Highly self-motivated
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively through phone, email, and chat
- Ability to work a consistent schedule that includes some evening shifts (up to 8 PM) and some weekend shifts (every other weekend or one day per weekend)
- Previous sales, customer service, retail and/or consumer electronics experience is preferred but not required
- Three months of paid, hands-on training with an experienced instructor before working with customers
