Job Summary
Sales Advisor for Club by Meliá at Melia Villaitana in Benidorm, responsible for advising guests on the Circle vacation product, generating sales through clear, personable presentations, and transforming experiences into opportunities. Key duties include establishing cordial guest contact, active listening to identify needs, presenting solutions, coordinating with sales-invite teams to maintain a steady flow of qualified guests, proactively inviting potential guests, maintaining up-to-date product knowledge, closing sales with transparency, verifying the payment of the first annuality, and contributing to team goals in a high-performance environment. Requires 2-3 years of sales experience, degree-related formation, fluent English (additional language a plus), strong communication and negotiation skills, and proficiency with Office tools.
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of sales experience
- Formación en ADE, Marketing, Turismo, Comercio Internacional or similaires
- Inglés fluido (valorable segundo idioma)
