Job Summary
Sales Advisor for Club by Meliá in Marbella, responsible for transforming guest interactions into sales of the Circle vacation product. Drive high-value sales through clear, personalized and persuasive presentations in a commission-based environment. Maintain up-to-date product knowledge, conduct effective closes, record interactions in the systems, collaborate with the sales team to meet individual and group targets, and participate in ongoing training to enhance technical, commercial and personal skills.
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 años de experiencia en ventas en real estate, seguros, concesionarios o productos similares
- Formación en ADE, Marketing, Turismo, Comercio Internacional o similares
- Inglés fluido (valorable segundo idioma)
- Fuertes habilidades comunicativas, capacidad de negociación y orientación a resultados
- Manejo de herramientas Office
