Job Summary
Sales Advisor position in a vaping retail store located in Spokane Valley, WA. Responsibilities include greeting customers, delivering superior customer service with strong product knowledge, educating customers about features, pricing, and return policies; enrolling customers in the rewards program; operating the point-of-sale system; processing returns; stocking and inventorying products; maintaining store cleanliness; participating in marketing activities such as signage, coupons, flyers, and promotions; and collaborating with a team. Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and prefers 1 year of sales or customer service experience; experience with vapor products is a plus. Strong communication, quick product-learning ability, and teamwork are emphasized.
