Job Summary
Actively engage with customers to identify their specific needs and provide personalized advice on smartphones, smartwatches, and smart home products. Conduct product demonstrations and explain features to help clients make informed decisions. Drive sales growth and brand visibility within the store by taking initiative to improve daily sales and customer experience. Collaborate closely with other retail staff to build strong relationships and achieve better results. Requires minimum one year of sales or customer-facing experience, availability for at least 16 hours per week, and strong communication skills in Dutch. This role is part of NRG's team, where personal contact and tailored advice are central to selling technology.
Required Qualifications
- minimaal 1 jaar ervaring in sales, retail of klantgericht werk
- minimaal 16 uur per week beschikbaar
- stapt makkelijk op mensen af en maakt snel contact
- luistert goed en weet klanten op een natuurlijke manier te overtuigen
- werkt zelfstandig, maar zoekt actief de samenwerking op met collega's
- bent nieuwsgierig naar technologie en vindt het leuk om jezelf hierin verder te ontwikkelen
- beheerst de Nederlandse taal
