Job Summary
Advise customers on smartphones, smartwatches, and smart home products through personalized consultations, demonstrations, and active listening to uncover their specific needs. Drive store growth by initiating conversations, taking initiative to improve daily sales and brand perception, and collaborating with team members to enhance results. Manage the visibility of the tech brand within the MediaMarkt retail environment while building strong relationships with colleagues. Requires at least one year of sales or customer-facing experience, fluency in Dutch, and availability for 16 hours per week. Compensation starts at €2,700 gross monthly with a performance bonus up to €500.
Required Qualifications
- minimaal 1 jaar ervaring in sales, retail of klantgericht werk
- minimaal 16 uur per week beschikbaar
- stapt makkelijk op mensen af en maakt snel contact
- luistert goed en weet klanten op een natuurlijke manier te overtuigen
- werkt zelfstandig, maar zoekt actief de samenwerking op met collega's
- bent nieuwsgierig naar technologie en vindt het leuk om jezelf hierin verder te ontwikkelen
- beheerst de Nederlandse taal
