Job Summary
Sales Advisor for MFA Petroleum/Big O Tires offering customer service and sales duties: monitor service area, handle complaints, inspect vehicles and promote products/services, explain benefits, prepare warranties/service agreements, conduct sales transactions, manage ticket averages and profitability, assist with store operations (opening/closing, inventory, merchandising), train new employees, complete required training, and adhere to company policies. Requires 18+, valid driver’s license, ability to work holidays/weekends, PPE compliance, ability to lift up to 75 pounds, and ability to communicate effectively in English; preferred HS diploma or GED and automotive shop experience.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (preferred)
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Ability to learn concepts and use technical materials
