Job Summary
Sales Advisor/Consultant guides guests through the car buying process with a negotiation-free pricing model, building relationships from initial contact to final delivery. Responsibilities include deep vehicle/product knowledge, consultative selling, presenting pricing and financing options upfront, managing the end-to-end sales process (vehicle selection, test drives, trade-ins, financing, paperwork), and providing post-sale follow-up. Collaboration with service and parts teams ensures a seamless guest experience; strong communication, organization, and time management are essential, along with a goal-driven, self-motivated approach. The role requires a valid driver’s license and a high school diploma or equivalent; automotive or retail sales and CRM experience are preferred but not required. Shift schedule spans Monday-Saturday with varied start times; compensation includes base salary plus bonuses with potential to exceed $100k/year.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree a plus)
- Experience in automotive sales, retail sales, or customer service preferred but not required
- CRM familiarity and proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Suite
