Job Summary
Sales Advisor responsible for guiding guests through the car-buying process, providing expert vehicle knowledge, conducting consultative selling, presenting transparent pricing and financing options, and managing the end-to-end sales process (vehicle selection, test drives, trade-ins, financing, and paperwork) while following up to foster long-term relationships. Requires strong guest engagement, product knowledge, CRM proficiency, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, teamwork, and a customer-focused approach with a negotiation-free sales model.
