Job Summary
Provide best-in-class service to customers in-store and digitally while meeting and exceeding store sales goals. Build lasting relationships through personalized client outreach and cultivate expertise in fashion and product knowledge. Maintain a clean, organized store presentation and assist with daily operations including inventory management, online fulfillment, and visual merchandising. You must be comfortable selling virtually using technology, speak Spanish, and work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays. This role supports ANINE BING's global brand as a modern wardrobe essential for women.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years fashion, styling or retail sales experience
- Experience in personal styling
- Goal driven environment
- Ability to build and maintain a client book
- Ability to speak Spanish
- Ability to provide feedback and insight about clientele and product
- Must be able to work a flexible work schedule including nights, weekends and retail holidays
- Ability to regularly stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the store during shifts
- Ability to meet physical demands, including but not limited to: standing and walking for extended periods; frequent bending, reaching, squatting, and climbing ladders; lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds; moving merchandise and fixtures; operating POS systems; and performing all essential job functions in a fast-paced retail environment, with or without reasonable accommodation
