Job Summary
Subaru of North Tampa is hiring a Sales Advisor to join our on-site Tampa dealership. The role involves engaging customers, delivering strong customer service, and using telephone, text, and email techniques to communicate effectively. Responsibilities include handling a high volume of calls (aiming for 100+ per day), following dealership processes, active listening, and delivering a high-energy, customer-focused experience to drive sales. Candidates should be self-motivated, professional, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment. On-site in Tampa, FL with full-time hours and benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Previous car sales experience ideal but not required
- Must be Professional with a confident attitude
- Knowledge of telephone, text and email techniques and etiquette
- Strong customer service and phone skills
- Efficient with time management to be able to make a minimum of 100 call per day
- Organized, self-motivated, enthusiastic and detail-oriented
- Positive, flexible and process-oriented
- Ability to converse with customers to discuss needs and direct appropriately within the dealership
- Possess strong organizational, follow-up, Accurate record keeping
- Ability to actively listen and deliver 110% customer experience
- Speak clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations
- Previous call center experience (an asset but not required)
- An interest in the automotive industry
- Able to thrive in a fast paced, changing environment
- Enjoy providing customer enthusiasm
