Required Qualifications
- Previous car sales experience is ideal but not required
- Must be professional with a confident attitude
- Knowledge of telephone, text and email techniques and etiquette
- Strong customer service and phone skills
- Ability to manage time and make a minimum of 100 calls per day
- Organized, self-motivated, enthusiastic and detail-oriented
- Able to converse with customers to discuss needs and direct appropriately within the dealership
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Active listening and delivering a high level customer experience
- Speak clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations
- Previous call center experience is an asset
