Job Summary
Conduct daily outbound calls and manage customer interactions to discuss automotive needs and direct inquiries appropriately. Maintain accurate record keeping, follow up on leads, and deliver a high-quality customer experience through active listening and persuasive communication. Manage time efficiently to meet a minimum of 100 calls per day while collaborating with team members in a fast-paced environment. Saturdays and some Sundays are required. Full-time associates earn between $55k and $120k annually with potential for higher compensation based on skill level.
