Job Summary
Sales Advisor responsible for engaging customers, discussing needs, and directing them appropriately within the dealership. Must communicate effectively by telephone, text, and email, maintain organized records, and deliver strong customer service to achieve a high level of customer experience. The role requires the ability to make a minimum of 100 calls per day, thrive in a fast-paced dealership environment, and work Saturdays (and some Sundays). Required Qualifications
- Previous car sales experience ideal but not required
- Must Be Professional with a confident attitude
- Knowledge of telephone, text and email techniques and etiquette
- Strong customer service and phone skills
- Efficient with Time management to be able to make a minimum of 100 call per day
- Organized, self-motivated, enthusiastic and detail-oriented
- Positive, flexible and process-oriented
- Ability to converse with customers to discuss needs and direct appropriately within the dealership
- Possess strong organizational, follow-up, Accurate record keeping
- Ability to active listening and deliver 110% customer experience
- Speak clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations
- Quick thinker and learner
- Previous call center experience (an asset but not required)
- An interest in the automotive industry
- Able to thrive in a fast paced, changing environment
- Enjoy providing customer enthusiasm
