Conduct daily outbound and inbound calls to discuss customer needs, maintain accurate record-keeping, and deliver a 110% customer experience. Manage a minimum of 100 calls per day using telephone and text techniques while listening actively to address issues. Speak clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations, demonstrating strong organizational skills and a confident attitude. Work in a fast-paced automotive dealership environment with Saturdays and some Sundays required.
