Job Summary
Sales Advisor responsible for engaging customers, responding to inquiries via phone and email, guiding prospects through the initial buying process, and coordinating the steps to final sale. Build rapport and maintain customer relationships, answer internet leads with in-store follow-through, schedule appointments, conduct test drives and vehicle walk-arounds, and manage ongoing communications to support the buying journey. Strong customer service, computer/phone skills, and experience with customer relationship management systems are valued; bi-lingual ability is a plus. Prior automotive sales or retail experience, customer service, call center, or business development experience is a plus. Maintain professional attire and participate in pre-employment screenings and background checks.
