Job Summary
Welcome customers, guide them through the store, and support them in finding products while showcasing fashion and product knowledge. Collaborate with the team to deliver exceptional service at every step of the customer journey, ensuring the sales floor and back of house remain well-stocked, organized, and inviting. Support store opening and closing procedures and represent the brand positively during all interactions. This part-time role offers 30 hours a week starting July 27, 2026, based at H&M Alti Nerstranda in Tromsø. Candidates must work during store hours and possess language skills in Norwegian or English. As part of the Store Team, you contribute to creating an inspiring environment where fashion is accessible and sustainable.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in customer service within fashion, retail, or similar fields
- Language skills in local language or English
- Ability to work during store opening hours
- Completion of online assessment method for skills-based recruitment
