Job Summary
Welcome customers, guide them through the store, and support them in finding products while showcasing fashion and trends. Share product knowledge to help customers make informed choices and collaborate with the team to deliver exceptional service. Ensure the sales floor and back of house are well-stocked, organized, and inviting, then support opening and closing procedures. Represent the brand positively during all interactions. This temporary position offers 5h and/or extra hours starting in August, based in Luleå City, with availability during store opening hours. Swedish or English language skills are required.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in customer service within fashion, retail, or similar fields
- Language skills in Swedish or English
- Available to work during store opening hours
- Ability to complete the online assessment method for skills-based recruitment
