Job Summary
Greet customers, assist at the cash desk, and manage the shop floor from initiating conversations to replenishing stock and merchandising garments. Process deliveries, offer advice on fashion trends and sizing, and create welcoming experiences that showcase the brand's collection. Collaborate with your team to deliver high-level service and proactive assistance throughout the store. This part-time role requires an average of 16 hours per week, including evenings and weekends, with English language skills. An integrity check via the warning register is part of the application procedure. As a team member, you'll enjoy a 20% staff discount across all H&M Group brands and access to the H&M Incentive Program.

Desired Qualifications
- While previous experience in customer service and familiarity with fabrics are nice to have, they're not mandatory
