Job Summary
Welcome customers, guide them through the store, and support them in finding products while showcasing fashion and trends. Share product knowledge to help customers make informed choices and collaborate with the team to deliver exceptional service. Ensure the sales floor and back of house are well-stocked, organized, and inviting. Support opening and closing procedures and represent the brand positively during all interactions. This permanent role offers 25 hours per week based in Vetlanda with a start in October. You must be able to work during store hours and speak Swedish or English.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in customer service within fashion, retail, or similar fields
- Language skills in Swedish or English
- Ability to work during store opening hours
- Ability to complete the online assessment method for skills-based recruitment
